Jason and the team at QMS have been working with five separate McKenzie aged care homes across Queensland for a number of years. QMS has a very good working relationship with each of the five site operations managers and also with Rebecca Carlson who works out of Melbourne where head office is situated.

QMS appreciate that having an electrical fault in an aged care facility is both dangerous and debilitating, and so part of the service is that we aim to get there asap to ensure their facility is safe for all staff and residents.

Different types of organisations require different approaches and working in aged care is an area that requires us to be very conscious of who we are working with and what we are doing all of the time when on-site. “I am impressed with how courteous and mindful the QMS team are when on-site at one of our facilities. They are very conscious of not being in the way or disruptive to residents and staff.”
Part of the process of managing compliance is that we need to provide detailed reports, we use Simpro – our management system, it helps us to create reports that we then provide to our clients so they know that their compliance is up to date.
